Myerscough College regret to announce that our 2021 Open Day and Country Fair, due to take place on Sunday, 6th June, has been cancelled due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.

We are bitterly disappointed to have to take this course of action, but feel an early decision is in everybody’s best interests, given the current situation facing the country and the uncertainty of what the upcoming months may hold

Given the overwhelming success of our 2019 event, which was shortlisted in the category of Event of the Year at the Lancashire Tourism Awards, and the cancellation in 2020, we were so excited for what we were due to bring you for 2021. We had considered the possibility of moving the event to later in the year, but logistically this was very difficult, and the ongoing uncertainty of when the situation might return to normal means planning is impossible.

We are already working hard to deliver the best Open Day and Country Fair we have ever produced next year. The date for your diary is Sunday, 12th June, 2022.

If you are a prospective student who was planning on using the Open Day to look around our campus and obtain careers advice, please go to our website at www.myerscough.ac.uk where you can find our latest admissions and application information.

Tickets: A large number of people who purchased a ticket for 2020, rolled them over. If you wish to roll over your ticket again, you do not need to do anything and we'll see you next year!

Should you not be able to attend next year and would prefer a refund please email us at marketing@myerscough.ac.uk with your name and email address that you ordered your tickets with.

Everybody who has booked an advance ticket should receive an email from us in due course explaining further.

Stay safe and we will hopefully see you next year.

Warmest regards,

Myerscough College Open Day & Country Fair team
