At University Centre Myerscough, we’re proud to boast a wide range of cutting edge, sector leading technology, across our Lodge and Lee Farms, and our Food and Farming Innovation and Technology (FFIT) Centre.
Part-time & Short Courses
Myerscough College offers a comprehensive range of short courses to support the food and farming industries. The current list of courses is available here.
The FFIT centre provides the perfect location for external partners to utilise the facilities to run training programmes independently or in partnership with Myerscough. The College has excellent links with the local farming community and North West food producers, to assist with developing training programmes and publicising them to prospective attendees.
These might include food-related short courses such as bakery or butchery skills, food safety and food hygiene. Alternatively they might focus on specific agricultural CPD training or training to fulfil legislative requirements.
